Private Party Packages & Pricing
- Monday - Thursday: $225
- Friday (4 PM - 6 PM): $175 (Includes FREE small fountain drink for up to 25 guests!)
- Saturday & Sunday: $275
Time slots are limited – book early to reserve your favorite time!

$50 deposit is required to hold your reservation. Partial refunds are available up to
14 days in advance of the party.

Frequently Asked Questions
How early can we arrive to set up for our party?
You may arrive 15-20 minutes in advance of the party start time to set up and
decorate. We provide three tables for you to use.
Do we need to bring ice for our drinks?
There is no need to bring ice as we have an abundance for you to use in our Snack Bar.
Will there be staff available to assist during the party?
Our staff will be there to ensure all your guests will receive a pair of skates, provide age
appropriate music, and help clean up.
Can we bring our own music or song requests?
You can bring your own playlist of songs or a list of favorites for us to play. We will take
requests from your guests. Music is much a part of the overall experience, and we want
to help make it enjoyable for all.
Will there be time for games, presents, and cake?
There is a lot to do, and time goes quickly, leaving time for opening presents and
serving cake we will try to play at least a couple of games.
Can guests bring their own ride-on toys?
This is your private event so you can use the facility any way you want. Your guests are
welcome to bring scooters, hoverboards, even tricycles and big wheels. However, we do
not allow skateboards on our hardwood floors.
What if we forget something like a cake knife or matches?
If you forget something (cake knife, matches, etc.) do not hesitate to ask. We know it is
hard to remember everything.
Are there any decoration restrictions?
We love to see your decorations as much as you enjoy getting your theme to-gether,
GLITTER & CONFETTI are not permitted. It is too hard to clean up. Thanks for helping
us in that regard.
What time do we need to leave after our party?
We appreciate your help by knowing that there is another party coming in right after
you. Please plan to leave when your time is up. This helps us prepare for our next
guests.
Will the snack bar be open during our party?
Our snack bar is always open to a limited degree during parties. You and your guest are
welcome to purchase any items that we have available.
Are drinks included for guests?
A small soft drink is given to first 25 guests. Extra guests will be $1.00 per person.

Is there a limit on the number of guests we can invite?
This is your private party. You are renting our facility; therefore, we do not limit the
number of guests you may have. If you are anticipating more than 25, we do ask that
you let us know so that we may staff appropriately.
